The store status can now be updated by authorized users using a mobile device. This is in addition to updating store status using the desktop version of the Zippin Dashboard.
To access the Zippin Dashboard via a mobile device, navigate to dashboard.getzippin.com. You will be asked to sign in with your username and password, then tap Continue.
The main Zippin Dashboard will appear. If you are authorized to view more than one store, you will see a list of stores from which to select. Tap on the row of the store you wish to update.
The Dashboard will open for the selected store. When it does, simply click on the button corresponding to what you want to do:
- Click “Bring UP” to bring the store UP
- Click “Bring DOWN” to bring the store down“
- Exit out of the dashboard screen.
NOTE: A previously released version of mobile Zippin Dashboard access required the user to change a setting on the mobile device (“Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”). This is no longer required. If you had changed your device settings to access the Zippin Dashboard, you can now change the setting back.
To change this back, open your phone’s browser settings. Under Privacy & Security, you can return the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” back to its default setting (ON).
