Effective August 5, 2026 retailers will experience a security enhancement for the dashboard.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when signing in with a username and password. Going forward, a one-time password will be required.

ONE-TIME REQUIREMENT
Before you can log in after this change, you will be prompted to enroll in an authenticator app.
Supported authenticator apps include:
- Google Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
- Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
- Any other app that supports standard TOTP authentication including Auth0 Guardian (Google Play / App Store) and Authy (Google Play / App Store)
PROCESS
- Navigate to dashboard.getzippin.com < log in
- Email email address < continue
- Enter password < continue
4. FIRST LOG-IN REQUIREMENT ONLY: ENROLL IN ONE-TIME PASSWORDS
A prompt will appear. Scan the QR code with the authenticator app of choice. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: if using a mobile device, an enrollment code will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. RETURNING USERS: ENTER OTP
Open the authenticator app. Enter the one-time password (OTP) provided in the app in the dashboard login screen and select continue.
