BACKGROUND
Orders Dashboard contains the following data for all previous orders:
- Cart ID
- Shopper token
- Date/time in, out and total shopping duration
- Items picked and quantity
- Payment status
- Payment processing details
- Card Last4 digits
- Card type used
- Link to the shopper's view of the receipt, select the receipt icon under the cart column
FILTER OPTIONS
Orders can be filtered in the following ways:
1. Status
2. Visitor Type
3. Dates note, When a date range longer than 5 days is selected, orders will be fetched in 5-day chunks. A progress bar at the bottom of the screen will display the currently loading date range.
Select the "more filters" button to view these additional filters
4. Card Brand
5. Card Last4
6. Card Expiry
7. Amount Min
8. Amount Max
9. Promo Name
10. SKU Code/Name
There are 2 recommended regular filters we recommend for managers.
1. Filter by Status
- In Progress- Cart is not yet finalized by the Zippin system
- Processed - Submitted to the payment processor
- Failed - Processing for billing has a failure response
RECOMMENDED MANAGER STANDARD WORK
1. Post each day of operation, managers should filter for "Processing Failed" orders. Orders will appear where the amount amount processed was less than the full amount of the cart total submitted for processing.
2. Select the retry button (circular arrow) to re-attempt the capture of the failed payment amount.
If the capture is successful, the status will change to "successful." If the capture was unsuccessful, the attempt will be logged in the processing history details.

To view payment processing history, select the side arrow icon. A pop up will appear.
2. Filter by Visitor Type

- Shopper - Payment information provided
- Store Crew - Crew QR code was provided
- Unknown - No identifying information was provided at entry. The entry could have been by a crew member or a shopper. This was previously titled "missing shopper token"
RECOMMENDED MANAGER STANDARD WORK
1. Filter by "unknown". Unknown means a person/group entered without a linked payment method.
2. If items were taken, Zippin Support is available to view the clip(s) and the apparent underlying root cause of shopper entry without a linked payment method. Clips are available for 14 days.
