Shelf Inventory Dashboard displays inventory quantity by Shelf ID. Crew interactions with the store (such as entry as crew, picks and puts from the shelves) influence the learning model of inventory quantity. If the inventory quantity in the Shelf Dashboard does not match the physical quantity on that shelf ID, we recommend focusing on associate protocol.
If interested in inventory quantity updates, designated store associates can make manual updates. These store-provided manual inputs help the system improve it's long-term calibration. Quantity updates re-calibrate the shelf, train the system to be self-correcting, and over time, more accurate.
.
Q: My inventory is off significantly (or it is not updating accurately). What do I do?
A: First, audit your store associate behaviors. Coach and follow up to bring behaviors into compliance. The inventory inaccuracy indicates a potential training opportunity of one or more associates. Also, audit the weight entered into the SKU Catalog for each product. Then, contact Retailer Support.
