EDIT A SKU - PROCESS
By clicking the 3 dots icon next to the SKU, item details can be edited.

EDIT A SKU ID & UPDATE SHELF INVENTORY
SKU ID is the one field that cannot be changed through the edit function. SKU ID can be changed, however, using the following process:
- From the SKU Catalog menu, export the current SKU catalog
- In the CSV export, add a new column for new SKU ID and enter the new SKU for products where change is needed
- From the Shelf Inventory menu, export current shelf assignments
- In the file, create a separate tab. Paste the new SKU in this new tab
- Using Vlookup, identify which shelves need to be updated with new SKU ID. Prepare default shelf bulk upload file with new skus updated for affected shelves. Keep unaffected shelf details as it is.
- In the Shelf Inventory menu, bulk upload the revised default shelf assignments
ARCHIVE A SKU - PROCESS
A SKU can be archived. Common reasons include the item being out of stock for an extended period or discontinued.
1. From the SKU Catalog, identify the item to be archived
2. Click the 3 dot icon
3. Select archive
RESTORE AN ARCHIVED ITEM - PROCESS
A SKU can be restored. Common reasons include if a SKU is reinstated, becomes available again, or was inadvertently archived.
1. From the SKU Catalog, select the status drop down menu
2. Select archived
3. All archived SKUs will appear. Locate the item to restore.
4. Click on the 3 dots icon and select restore
