Planogram and SKU Management can take place on-the-go with the Crew App. From the Planogram menu, users can:
- View Shelf groups and the count of shelves in each group
- Use the down arrow to expand and display all Shelf IDs within a shelf
- Use the up arrow to collapse shelf details
- The number of issues, if applicable, for a shelf group
- View SKU details. From the individual shelf, select the SKU.
- Product detail is displayed. The detail shown was provided by the retailer when the SKU was added.
- Product name & image
- SKU ID
- Price & date last updated
- Product category
- Tax rate
- Unit weight (including packaging weight. This weight is provided by the retailer when SKU was added to the SKU catalog)
- Total product quantity available on store shelves. The down arrow provides an inventory breakdown by Shelf ID(s). Learn more about manual quantity updates here.
- A filter option to view shelf issues, including low stock item, unexpected items, out of order, or unassigned items. Additional information is found in the Shelf Issues article.
