Some retailers approve for full video access for all available shopper clips. Shopper clips are available for 14 days.
Below is a guide for using this dashboard menu to navigate shopper clips.
Accessing Video: From Orders Dashboard, click on the Time timestamp (e.g., "Feb 6th, 2026 11:18:42 AM MST") of a specific order. This opens the Zippin - Operator Console in a new tab.

To follow a shopper, use the up, down, left and right arrows on your keyboard to change cameras. Note, some camera orientations will change in the process. This is expected.
Camera Selection: In the Operator Console, use the dropdown menu on the left to switch between different camera angles (e.g., t02, t04, s01).
Store Map: Accessible from the far left icon. Each camera is labeled and also shows, with an arrow, what direction it is oriented
Playback: Use the playback controls at the top (Play, Pause, Fast Forward) to review the video footage corresponding to the time of the order. This allows you to visually verify what items were picked up or returned.
Notifications: The right side of the console displays a log of video clip loading status and timestamps.
Top Views (t-series cameras): Shows overhead views of the shelves.
Shelf/Side Views (s-series): Shows side angles of the shelving units.
