Dashboard and Crew App access are similar to having physical keys to a store. People with access to the store have the ability to exit with product for personal consumption, change prices, and impact the overall functioning of the store.
The Audit Log aids retailers in having tight controls on store access.
VIEW THE AUDIT LOG
The Audit Log captures the details of all store access changes. The log of changes cannot be deleted or modified.
To access the log, log in to the Store Dashboard. Select Access Management, then select the Audit Log button in the top right corner.
The audit log can be filtered by an associate email address, a date range, or by the email address of the individual who may have taken an action to modify access. All email address searches require the full email address.
The following details are available:
- Date - when the action was performed
- Action By - email address of the users who performed the action
- Action Type - whether access was modified or deleted for a user
- Status - store status or mode
- Details - store name and the email address of the user for whom action was taken. It also displays whether the action taken is for the Dashboard or for Crew app access.
