Store access should be closely managed to ensure the right people have the right tools to perform work.
Team members may require access to the Crew app and/or the Store Dashboard.
Grant Crew App access to
-
- team members who want to receive support push notifications
- team members who need to enter the store to stock, clean, or provide shopper support. Zippin recommends giving this access for any user who will enter the store as a non-shopper. This includes Corporate leadership who will visit the store.
Limit Store Dashboard access to people who need it to perform their job (example, store and corporate leadership).
-
- The Store Dashboard is used to manage critical functions of the store operations. Access should only be given to managers and associates who are trained and authorized to change store modes and modify pricing.
