To view all current and past tickets for your organization, follow these steps:
Log into support.getzippin.com
Navigate to the Help Center
Click on profile/avatar
- Open My Activities (sometimes called “My requests”)

View the desired information using the tabs (My requests, Requests I’m CC’d on, organization requests
Note: If organization sharing is enabled, the Organization requests section shows all tickets for their company/org. If you cannot see the organization's tickets, please email support@getzippin.com for assistance.
